Happy New Year!

The Board of Directors would like to wish all of our residents a safe and happy new year! As you make those New Year resolutions, we as the Board would ask that each homeowner resolve to help make your Gramercy Park Community a better place to live. We thank you and appreciate your support as we try to do what is in the best interest of all homeowners. Best of luck for 2023!

Making Changes to the Outside of your Home?
Please review your HOA Covenants before making any changes to your home. Board approval is required for significant changes to the outside of your home.

Watch your SPEED-DIRVE AS IF YOUR KIDS WERE PLAYING IN THE STREET
Kids are riding their bikes in the street- PLEASE watch your SPEED!

TRASH SERVICES
Set it Out Right

  1. Place items on the curbside, facing the street front.
  2. Place carts and bulky waste items at least 5 feet away from obstacles, including mailboxes, gas meters, trees and shrubs, fire hydrants or parked cars.
  3. Do not place carts or bulky trash in the street or on the sidewalk.
  4. Carts should be set out at least 3 feet from one another.
  5. Do not put carts or bulky waste on top of water meters.
  6. Do not park in the street where trucks cannot access your trash or bulky items.
  7. Return Trash Bins and placed them on the side of the house - Not in the front of the house

HOA Dues

January 1, 2023- HOA fees are due on all homeowner accounts. Please remember, it’s not the boards’ responsibility to remind you or collect your past due fees. Please be sure to continue to submit your dues on time. All dues are DUE to be paid to the HOA no later than January 1st ($150) and July 1st ($150) each and every year; there is no grace period for payment of HOA dues as stated in the covenants, section 4.8.
Note -If you are past due and legal action is taken, the homeowner will also incur all expenses, legal and otherwise. The first action, commonly referred to as a demand letter prepared by Winton Law will cost $150 in addition to the fees you already owe.

Your Dues Pay for the following:

  1. Gate operation, maintenance and repairs
  2. Landscaping
  3. Street Repairs ( The City of Oklahoma City is not responsible for our street repairs-the HOA is resposible for street repairs)
  4. Water
  5. Electricity for street lights and gate
  6. Legal services for collection of unpaid HOA Dues or other HOA matters
  7. Insurance for liability and coverage for common areas
  8. Management company services
  9. Telephone line for the gate

Parking
Please do not block mailboxes. The post office will not deliver the mail if the mailbox is blocked.

Barking Dogs
Please be aware of your dog's excessive barking for your Neighbors comfort. When outside, all pets must be on leashes
