I would first like to say” Thank You” to all Gramercy Park residents and neighbors that have helped us through the year.

The end of the year is at our back door and we hope that everyone has a wonderful Holiday and a Merry Christmas, and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

New Web Page!
I hope everyone finds our new web site a helpful addition to our community. Please look around and if anyone has any ideas or things they feel we should add please let us know. The OKHOA folks who set this up have been very helpful and have done a wonderful job.

Planning Commission News!
Our petition against the rezoning of the property at Rodeo Lane & NW 133rd has been differed to the middle of January due to our hard work in getting the petition filed before the meeting.  The architect and developer were surprised that we were opposed to the rezoning and hired an attorney.

I will do my best to keep everyone informed as to what is going on with the rezoning issue. Check back often.

One Mans trash…..is NOT another man’s  treasure!
With the holidays upon us, below is a link to find out when Bulk Trash days are, AND what will and will not be picked up!!!

If you miss a pick-up time for the bulk trash day, DO NOT leave your trash sitting there until the next bulk trash day, 30 days later. It is unsightly and uncool thing to do. Please also be courteous and pick-up any trash that may have blown out of your recycle bin. www.okc.gov

Show Me The Money!!
Everyone should have already received their invoices for dues due January 1st. Please be prompt in remitting them as we have 2-3 that still have not paid and if they are not paid by February 1st we will be filing liens especially on the ones who have not paid for awhile. Here are just a few things that make your dues so important:

· Upkeep & Repairs to the entrance and exit gates.
· Landscaping/mowing of the entrance and commons area.
Repairs to the sprinkler system and a new name plate for our community.
 Garage Sales
We each had our Garages sales and from talking with various people, it was obvious that it was successful for all who participated. Thank you for the communication and working together on this project. I feel that having ours at the same time as Braden Park pulls in more traffic for both neighborhoods. If anyone has any ideas about when to have the garage sale for 2009 spring, please contact me at any time.
